Morning Musings
6:00 am Yesterday was a drizzle day - the first since we arrived. My first effort using the stir-fry book was a success. Dinner was excellent. My original goal was one "special" meal a week, but I am thinking of trying to double that. A quick review of the first table below shows that I have successfully accomplished 10 hours of scheduled activities and failed on 10 other scheduled acitivities. 50% is not a great sucess. I may have aimed to high. Gayle leaves for Sydney about noon. It will be lonely without her here, but we will all make the adjustment. 6:20 am
10:50 am I put in a good hour making Technology notes for "Beginning CSS". Gayle suggested we have breakfast at the Shelly Beach Cafe. We all had eggs benedict and it was superb! We then went for a walk on the beach and we were lucky to see another "lifer" - a Red-capped Plover. That brings our total of distinct Australian birds to 99. We will be leaving shortly for the Ballina airport. 10:55 am
2:30 PM Gayle's plane is in the air to Sydney. We had a lovely cappucino at the Pelican and then returned to the unit. I am now beginning a look at chap. 4 of "Beginning CSS". Fascinating. I can read the HTML files in Dreamweaver and can then play with them, but I am unable to open the files with Stylus Studio.
