Description
This cache in Henderson Lake Park is NOT in the gardens, but is very nearby. The gardens were established in 1967, during Canada's centennial. They were built to recognize the contribution of Japanese citizens to the City of Lethbridge, and as a symbol of international friendship. You need a writing stick.

PLANNING

After finding 23 geocaches in Florida in February, and after attending the recent event in Lethbridge, I was motivated to go out and look for the remaining caches in Lethbridge that I had yet to seek.

OUTCOME

This was my 2nd search of the day. I am always nervous as I approach a grove of green trees but I soon spotted the container hanging from a branch.
