Here is a sample of the operating instructions for the 3:00 am activities:

train

[Addendum 2:00 PM] I have completed the train operations (and printed out the revised operating steps) for the period 5:00 am to 6:00 am. Everything is still proceeding without any problems. One train (#200 Black Zephyr) has completed its run east with a load of Number 1 coal from Black Diamond to Coaldale. Two local freight trains are in the middle of their runs at this point in the day.

5:00 PM Literature

I bought 2 hardcover "comic books" while at Costco earlier this week. The art work was excellent and I was intrigued to see how I would react to this format. The story line is quite good and makes for a nice break. I picked it up for short bursts when I didn't feel like engaging in "Infinite Jest". I finished the first volume this afternoon.

I have the second volume but did not see the third volume on display.
