Comment: Train 600, a Local, is the return train from Jasper to Coaldale. This turned out to be a relatively easy trip for a local as there was only a small amount of switching at Black Diamond and Prairie Dog.

Session 1j: Train 600 continued along the outer mainline from Jasper with a consist of 8 cars plus the caboose. Three boxcars and two gondola cars were empty, and the three hopper cars were all carrying a load of coal.

Arriving at Black Diamond, the train setout the two empty gondola cars and picked up one hopper car, loaded with coal.

When the train arrived at Prairie Dog, it setout one of the loaded hopper cars at Dusty Coal & Storage and picked up an empty boxcar and an empty reefer.

The train then continued on to Coaldale where it setout 4 empty boxcars, 1 empty reefer and 3 hopper cars that were loaded with coal.

Comment: This was another enjoyable session.

There were a few minor problems with the run but nothing that required any maintenance.

I did not take any photos.

There does not appear to be any need to run the remaining trains from this first session's output from Ship It! I have noticed a number of problems with the output and now want to focus on creating a new set of sessions that will no longer have the following problems:

• many of the switchlist reports do not have a departure time listed
• Train 200 (Black Zephyr - unit coal train) does not have a caboose identified
• Train 100 (Super Continental - passenger train) leaves Jasper with all 5 cars empty (they should all be full)
• Train 401 (Distillery Row Through freight) does not have any cars
• Train 600 (Local - freight)
• Train 201 (Black Zephyr - unit coal train) leaves Coaldale with 2 empty and 4 loaded (they should all be empty)
• Train 101 (Super Continental - passenger train) leaves Coaldale with all 5 cars empty (they should all be full)
