PLANNING

We were going to drive to Vulcan this morning so I added two geocaches to the trip. This was the second one.

OUTCOME

We stopped in Champion on our way home from Vulcan. We had no difficulty finding the area, but were unable to find the cache. I forgot to take any photos! We spent about 10 minutes looking and then assumed that since the previous four efforts had also posted a DNF, that the cache may be missing and we jumped back in the car and continued south. There was a combination of dead leaves and fresh snow which made looking for anything on the ground a bit problematic. I will wait until I see that someone has found the cache before returning for another look.
