east of hwy23, on hwy 529Hint Comments PLANNING
We were going to drive to Vulcan this morning so I added two geocaches to the trip. This was the first one. OUTCOME
The GPS had us leave highway 23 onto a gravel road just before we arrived at Champion and then had us take a dirt road (no way) north. I continued east to the next intersection and then headed north, still on a gravel road, but at least it was a road. We then doubled back on highway 529 to the cache.
This was my first "school" cache. It was a straight forward find. Harvard was actually the name of the school, and the small village was called Cleverville. Who says the early settlers didn't have a sense of humor?
