I was born in, and spent my childhood
and early youth (1970-1992) in Kolkata
(Calcutta), a lively city of twelve million people in India. I then spent a few years
(1992-1998) in Chennai
(Madras), after which I moved to North America, first to the State College, Pennsylvania, United States (1998-2000) and then to Canada (2000-2002 in Winnipeg, Manitoba; 2002-2003 in Fredericton, New Brunswick; 2003-present in Lethbridge, Alberta). School: St. Xavier’s School,
