Updates
Thanks for visiting!  Officially ratified in 1997, JAMS strives in bringing some of the best in Japanese Animation (Anime) to Lethbridge and surrounding areas, and has done so for quite some time now ^_^  In addition to spreading awareness, we host different activities to heighten the enjoyment and experience!

Meetings are free to the public but if you would like to access our extensive VHS and DVD library, you will need to sign up and pay the appropriate fees. See one of our Executives for more information!

  • Location: The meetings are found in ...
  • TH204 (Turcotte Hall) and runs from 5:30 PM to around 9:00 PM
    Meetings are on Mondays.

    • As some of you may be aware, in the meeting with the ULSU on Wednesday, October 1st, 2008, we lost our clubroom.  One of the primary deciding factors was that the ULSU constitution regarding the allocation of clubrooms to clubs was changed from an internal process to the clubs wishing to gain a clubroom voting on it.  Therefore, of the eight clubs, including JAMS, only four was given a clubroom for the year and those with the majority of the votes win.  Needless to say, we were not of the top four. However, there is no need to be more depressed than Sasuke from Naruto and characters of a certain Gundam series (hmm, I wonder which one could that be...?)!  We will continue to "negotiate" with the Student's Union and hope to get the library up and running as soon as possible as one of our primary priorities.  We apologize greatly for all of this, but worry not and sit tight, comrades!  Remember to bring an umbrella for this is going to get nasty...!
