  • Weight Training I (PHAC 2445): basics of strength training for performance and health, program design.
  • Weight Training II (PHAC 3445): advanced theory related to strength training (physiology, biomechanics).
  • Exercise Physiology (KNES 3610): combination of lectures and labs to examine responses of physiological systems to acute and chronic exercise and environmental issues (cold and heat exposure).
  • Advanced Exercise Physiology (KNES 4850): combination of lectures and seminars (oral presentations by students) to approach the physiological processes that regulate human exercise tolerance. Emphasis on mucle and brain fatigue processes. This course is an asset to pursue a Master degree in my Lab.
