Jim Clark is an Instructor in Management, specializing in E-commerce and Information Systems. His work deals with financing, organizational design and entrepreneurship as it pertains to E-commerce companies. Jim teaches courses in Small Business, Information Systems, and Marketing. He has research and practitioner interest in using technology in the classroom as a pedagogical tool. Jim's research interest is in the area of electronic auctions' role in marketing channel disintermediation His work experience includes positions with Revenue Canada, Shell Canada, Drowland Technologies and numerous small business consulting projects.
